Tobin came to Rochester in 1992 after serving a 4 year tour in the U.S. Army. Tobin’s first job offer after returning to the states was in automotive repair. While in the automotive repair business he spent 7 years remodeling repair facilities. Through this work he found his true passion, construction and dirt! The construction industry has now been a part of his life for over 2 decades.

Jennifer grew up in Chatfield, MN on a family farm. After high school, Jennifer attended college at St. Mary’s University and pursued her degree in Business. Upon completion of her degree, Jennifer was introduced to the construction industry by Tobin and was hooked! The construction industry has now been a part of Jennifer’s life for a decade.
